Wednesdays Podcast Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Wednesdays Podcast Giveaway promotion available via our official Instagram channel @wednesdayspodcast (“Promotion”). By entering this Promotion, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions, which are legally binding.

The promoter of this Promotion is Wednesdays Podcast, part of JamPot Productions (“Promoter”).

Who May Enter

The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over.

Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this Promotion (including immediate family members) are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

To take part, entrants must:

• Follow the official Instagram account @wednesdayspodcast; 

• Comment on the relevant competition post as directed and share into stories.

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

Only one entry per person will be accepted. Automated, bulk or third-party entries will be disqualified.

Promotion Period

The Promotion opens at 29nd September 2025 and closes at 3rd October 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

Entries submitted outside of this period will not be valid.

Winner Selection and Notification

8 winners will be chosen at random by the Promoter (under the supervision of an independent person) from all eligible entries received within the Promotion Period.

Winners will be contacted by @wednesdayspodcast via Instagram Direct Message within approximately 3 working days after the Promotion closing date.

Prize

Each winner will receive:

• One ticket to attend a live recording of Wednesdays Podcast at:
  Sweet Factory, 8 Broadstone Place, London, W1U 7EP; and

• A special meet and greet with Sophie and Melissa following the recording.

• Winners must be available to attend the event on the 7th October 2025 at 1.30pm until 4pm. 

The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or part of it) with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

Travel, accommodation and any other expenses incurred by winners in connection with attending the event are the sole responsibility of the winners.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to the above, the Promoter will not be liable for:
a) Any cancellation, postponement, or changes to the event;
b) Any failure of winners to attend the event for any reason;
c) Any issues caused by third-party suppliers;
d) Network, technical, or software failures that may affect entry.

General

The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

Entries that do not comply with these terms will be disqualified.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social media platform. Entrants acknowledge that Instagram bears no responsibility and release it from any liability connected to this Promotion.

If the Promoter suspects any entrant of fraud, manipulation, or unfair conduct, it reserves the right to disqualify that entrant.

The Promoter may amend these terms at any time if circumstances require it.

Personal Data

Personal details provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion and will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary to fulfil the Prize.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
