Head of Digital

Role Overview

JamPot is looking for a Head of Digital to lead the strategic direction and execution of our social and digital presence across our entertainment portfolio.

This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for driving audience growth, engagement and YouTube performance across the business — turning our shows into must-follow, culturally relevant digital brands.

Working closely with the CEO, Growth team, Production teams and talent, you will connect content, platform strategy and creative execution to ensure JamPot’s social output is high-performing, culturally relevant and aligned with the wider growth ambitions of the business.

As Head of Digital, you will own the end-to-end digital strategy across JamPot’s portfolio, with a particular focus on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

You will lead both the strategic vision and day-to-day execution of our digital output, ensuring every platform and every show is set up for growth. From spotting emerging trends to shaping platform-native content and building a high-performing team, this is a role for someone who combines strong creative instincts with commercial awareness and a deep understanding of audience behaviour.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Platform Strategy

  • Own the end-to-end social and digital strategy across all JamPot shows.

  • Define how each show grows across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, with a focus on performance as well as presence.

  • Identify platform shifts, trends and format opportunities, ensuring JamPot stays ahead of the curve.

  • Keep JamPot at the forefront of the market through industry-leading social output.

  • Work closely with the Growth team to make social a meaningful revenue driver through best-in-class branded content execution.

YouTube Ownership

  • Establish YouTube as a core growth engine for the business.

  • Own the strategy across both long-form and short-form content, including formats, packaging, publishing and optimisation.

  • Drive views, watch time and subscriber growth through smarter content and stronger execution.

Creative Direction

  • Lead the creative standard for everything that goes out across JamPot socials, while respecting the identity of each show.

  • Translate podcasts into content audiences actively want to watch, share and engage with — thinking beyond simple episode clips.

  • Ensure all content is platform-native, editorially sharp and commercially aware.

  • Push for ideas that genuinely cut through, not just content that fills feeds.

  • Constantly test, learn and refine what drives audience growth.

Performance & Insight

  • Define and track clear KPIs across all platforms, with a focus on followers, engagement and monetisation.

  • Implement reporting and tracking tools where needed.

  • Use data to inform decisions quickly and effectively.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing digital team.

  • Set clear expectations, efficient workflows and a consistently high creative bar.

  • Build a team that is proactive, culturally aware and accountable for results.

Skills and Experience

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 7–10+ years’ experience in digital, social or content roles within entertainment, media or IP-led businesses.

  • A strong track record of organically growing social audiences for shows, talent or content brands.

  • Significant (expert) YouTube experience, with a clear understanding of what drives views, retention and subscriber growth.

  • Strong creative judgment and instinct for what works, why it works and how to make it better.

  • Experience leading creative output, not just managing channels.

  • Experience managing and developing large teams.

  • A deep understanding of internet culture, content formats and platform behaviour.

  • Commercial awareness, with an understanding of how content, audience and revenue connect.

  • The ability to operate at both strategic and executional level.

  • Collaborative by nature, but confident in pushing for stronger creative and commercial outcomes.

  • Curious and constantly testing, learning and refining your approach.

  • Accountable and results-driven, with clear ownership over growth and performance
